收到这样的邮件

上周，正努力着忙碌着，收到这样的邮件:

“Thanks Chree, you are doing an awesome job, I really appreciate your effort! Dave”

隔两天，又收到这样的邮件:

“Hi Chree Yee,

I know most of my mails to you are constant requests for more data or ARs, so I just wanted to send one THANK YOU email – no Actions Required!! I know you have a HUGE amount of work going on right now, some of which I am involved with, much of which I am not. But despite your workload, you always provide timely, accurate, complete, and well thought-out responses. Thank you very much for your always outstanding help!!

I sure hope things calm down soon, but I wouldn’t bet on it…

如果还有什么比工作时收到感谢邮件更欣慰的事，那就是在同一周收到两封这样的邮件。

也许清晨的血液流得比较快，读起来特别感动。想起很多年前刚入门时被骂哭的事，不知该用什么样的声调来感慨。这些年的确学了很多。

从严格的人身上学会仔细；
从忙碌的人那里学会快速反应；
从挑剔的人处学会处理问题；
从巴辣的人口中学会坚持；
从随意的人手里学会协调；
也从这些人身上，学会感谢。

这些，不在课堂上，却一辈子也学不完。
